Ulvik in Hardanger

SYSE FARM

Welcome to Syse Gard for a rich food- and ciderexperience. At the end of the Hardangerfjord, in Ulvik, you will find us in the middle of the “Fruit- and Ciderroute». Here you can walk from ciderfarm to ciderfarm while looking out over the “Pearl of Hardanger”.

FRUIT, MEAT, AND CIDER FARM, since 1888.

SYSE FARM

Between high mountains with a view over the fjord, the family has been running the farm for nearly six generations.

In our farm shop, we offer processed fruit in many forms, from jam to juice and ciders. You can also find traditionally process lamb meat such as “leg of lamb” and traditional sausage.

The summer café and farm shop are bursting with cider, apple juice, jam, fruit, and meat— all locally grown and processed according to old traditions.

We are so proud and true to our heritage, history, and sustainability that we have been designated as one of the few Handcrafted businesses in Norway.

We have an open summercafe from 12 June – 12 August, so feel free to stop by for a meat- or ciderplank. Go to www.sysegard.no for additional information, and all you have to do is get in touch.
